I am passionate about change. I have previously researched into deforestation, the endangerment of orangutans, and the links between them, then used this as inspiration for my artwork and continued this in this piece. I like to base my artwork on real issues, things that are happening around me, and use my creativity to raise awareness and provoke change as I feel this issue, like many other global issues, has a lack of media coverage. I like to believe that my generation is the one for change, and I am dedicating myself to play my part in that, ensuring I use my talent for a purpose and to help others, rather than self gain. I hope that one day, I get to visit these amazing creatures in their natural LIVING habitat, in its perfect state.

I am a creative person and very passionate about all things art. I have always achieved highly in my studies of art over the past few years and I am excited to pursue my passion into a career. I have experimented in a range of media, although I have my own particular preferences that I keep coming back to, pencil drawing in particular. However, anything that I can be hands on with and creative, I am very enthusiastic about. My most recent work over the past few years focuses mainly on social, human and global issues. The work pictured illustrates my versatility and creativity, as well as my interests and things I am passionate about, which I then base my work on.
