The Ultramarine Lorikeet is a critically endangered bird which is endemic to the Marquesas Islands in the South Pacific. They are often found feeding in flowering trees, such as this banana tree. This was drawn from a photo taken by Liv Grant, with permission.

Jazz Austin is a wildlife artist and conservationist from Devon. Jazz enjoys painting landscapes whilst on-location during hikes in wild places, creating sketchbook diaries and learning about wildlife through illustration.
