I chose a Hawksbill turtle to represent both a critically endangered species as well as a threatened wild space, its home, coral reefs. The turtle plays a vital role in maintaining reef health by preying on reef sponges. I chose pointillism as my technique to create texture and detail.

Amateur artist from Essex who is re-discovering her love for art, currently experimenting with pointillism. Combining her interest of wildlife conservation and protection of the environment, she is hoping to use her designs to raise awareness and funds for projects.
