The artwork is about two gorilla's of the species gorilla Beringei in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. I visited the park and saw these gorillas personally in 2019 and was inspired to paint these playful creatures as they are critically endangered.

Painting is a hobby that I discovered just before Covid 19. It has been a solace and I have been able to have a creative outlet. Entering the competition allows me to use my new hobby and help in the initiative to help wildlife exist for infinite futures ahead.
